Status Saver does NOT collect, transmit, store, or share any personal user data.

• No user accounts, registrations, or logins are required.
• No personal identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) is ever accessed, uploaded, or transmitted.
• No device identifiers, advertising IDs, analytics trackers, or cookies are gathered in this release.

2. Device Storage & Scoped Storage Operations

The application requests access to specific local media directories strictly for on-device operations:

• Storage Access Framework (SAF): Used exclusively to read status photos and videos that have already been loaded into your local device cache by messaging applications.
• Media Gallery Saving: Used exclusively to save media files chosen by the user into the standard public gallery directories (Pictures/StatusSaver for images and Movies/StatusSaver for videos).

All media indexing, viewing, and saving operations happen 100% locally on your smartphone. No media files or user communications are ever transmitted to external servers.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

The initial release (v1.0.0) of Status Saver does not bundle any third-party ad networks or advertising SDKs. Any prospective future updates will strictly conform to Google Play's Developer Program Policies and user consent requirements.

Status Saver is an independent tool developed by Sky Touch Media (STMLabs). It is NOT affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or Meta Platforms, Inc. The names "WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Business", as well as related logos and marks, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly solicit or collect data from anyone under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected from any user, children's privacy is inherently safeguarded.
